This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Student," "you," or "your") and Laura Domino, a Texas-based sole proprietor/business ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your enrollment in and access to the paid online Bible study course titled "No More Barriers: A Busy Mom’s Grace-Filled Path to Intimacy with Jesus" (the "Course").

By purchasing the Course for $49 and clicking "I Accept," "Purchase," or otherwise enrolling, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the Course.

The Course is a digital, self-paced online Bible study program featuring Christian teachings, video lessons, downloadable materials, and related content focused on spiritual growth and biblical understanding. Access is provided via Systeme.io immediately upon full payment. You will receive login credentials or a link to the Course materials. Access is for your personal, non-commercial use only and is non-transferable.

The Course fee is a one-time payment of $49 USD, payable in full at the time of enrollment via [credit card or Klarna]. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. You authorize us (or our processor) to charge the full amount. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility. No installment plans are offered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Course shall not exceed the amount you paid ($49). We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, spiritual distress, or personal growth opportunities.

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time without notice or refund if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your license ends, and you must cease all use of the materials.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us and supersedes all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued access after changes constitutes acceptance.

Laura Domino ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you enroll in or access the "No More Barriers" Course via Systeme.io.

Sharing Your Information

·   Payment processors (e.g., Stripe).

·   Service providers (e.g., email tools like MailerLite for updates).

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose if required by law, to protect rights/safety, or in business transfers.

Your Rights and Choices

You may: request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (email laura@lauradomino.com); opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link provided at bottom of emails); manage cookies via browser settings. For California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have rights to know, delete, opt out of sales (we do not sell), and non-discrimination. We respond to verifiable requests within statutory timeframes.

Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

Data Retention

We retain data as needed for the purposes above (e.g., Course access during your enrollment, legal compliance). Inactive accounts may be deleted after reasonable notice.

Children's Privacy

The Course is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If we learn of such collection, we will delete it.

International Users

The Course is hosted in the US. If you access from outside the US, your data may be transferred to/stored/processed in the US (subject to US laws).

Changes to This Policy
