BLOGGING DOMINO

I love sharing my day with my readers. Check out Blogging Domino to see what's happening.

Updates on the journey of my novel-in-progress will be posted when something exciting happens. I'm polishing it and getting it ready to send out. My critique partners are helping me check for errors right now, so things are moving along.

While I wait for that special announcement, I plan to keep you entertained with stories of heroes from movies, the Bible, and other books.

One of my blog posts is
Ten Heroic Qualities. Many have dropped by to see my thoughts on the heroes from ten popular movies.

I described heroic traits from Support Your Local Sherriff, starring James Garner; Princess Bride, starring Cary Elwes; Groundhog Day, starring Bill Murray; While You Were Sleeping, starring Bill Pullman; Sabrina, starring Harrison Ford; The Saint, starring Val Kilmer; You've Got Mail, starring Tom Hanks; Notting Hill, starring Hugh Grant; The Family Man, starring Nicholas Cage; and Hitch, starring Will Smith.

What is Seek God With Me?

When God holds His hand out to me in scripture, showing love and encouragement to follow Him, I grab onto His strength with one hand and stretch my free hand behind me to help other seekers.

This blog is my hand stretched out to you in the form of devotionals on the subject of seeking God. I want to know God. The best way to get to know someone is to spend time with them. I designed a blog that you can use anytime to help realign your day by spending time with God.

We'll visit well-loved and maybe already memorized scriptures as well as less popular verses. I'll share each week on topics that show how God wants us to seek Him or how He wants to answer. Even if you've read the Bible verses before, be prepared for God to speak to you in a new way through them.

If you'd like to memorize one verse each week, write it down on a card to keep with you through the week - and watch for God to show up.
